KAIPTC, at the request of the Parliament of Zimbabwe, has conducted a capacity building workshop in Policy Analysis and Design for selected staff of the Department of Research of the legislative body.
The five-day workshop, aimed at equipping the participants with the requisite knowledge and skills in public analysis and design, in order to deliver effective technical and research assistance to committees and members of Parliament. Participants comprised research officers who all hold various academic qualifications from different disciplines such as Law, Economics, Political Science, Public Health, Gender studies, Humanities and Development Studies.

The activities of vigilante groups, particularly, have raised a lot of eyebrows and concerns on the nation’s security and the effectiveness of its security institutions.
