The Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain in Ghana, has released the Final Communiqué from the National Validation and Dialogue Workshops on the safety and security ecosystem of illegal mining in Ghana.
The communiqué reflects key insights and recommendations from stakeholder engagements held in Kumasi, Takoradi, and Accra, highlighting a collective commitment to coordinated action, sustainable resource governance, environmental protection, and strengthened community resilience.
