Institutional Review Board (IRB)

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) provides ethical oversight for social research involving human participants conducted under the auspices of KAIPTC. The Board reviews research proposals to ensure that research involving human participants adheres to recognised ethical standards and applicable regulatory requirements. It contributes to the protection of research participants and supports the integrity and quality of research undertaken through the Centre.

Students, researchers and other investigators undertaking research involving human participants are welcome to submit their research proposals for ethical review through the IRB.

Applicants are required to submit the relevant application form and supporting research documents through IRB@kaiptc.org.
