EID-UL-FITR MESSAGE FROM THE COMMANDANT-KAIPTC

EID-UL-FITR MESSAGE FROM THE COMMANDANT-KAIPTC.

As we mark the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I extend my warmest greetings to all Muslim staff of the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) and, by extension, to the entire KAIPTC community.

Eid-ul-Fitr signifies the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, a period devoted to prayer, reflection, sacrifice, and compassion for others. The values upheld during this period, namely discipline, selflessness, unity, and generosity, resonate strongly with our shared mission and the spirit of service that defines our work at the Centre.

I commend our Muslim colleagues for their devotion and perseverance throughout the fasting period and encourage all staff to continue to embody these virtues in both our professional and personal lives.

As we celebrate, let us also reaffirm our commitment to peace, mutual respect, and collaboration, which remain the cornerstone of KAIPTC’s mandate and impact.

On behalf of Management, I wish you and your families a peaceful, joyful, and blessed Eid.

EID MUBARAK.

Air Vice Marshal David Akrong
Commandant
Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC)
