As part of its focus to contribute to the implementation of the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa (Maputo Protocol) and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) adopted Resolution 1325 (UNSCR 1325), the Women, Peace and Security Institute of KAIPTC will embark on working visits to selected countries to ascertain trainings gaps related to investigating Gender-based violence. They will visit The Gambia, Mali, Cameroun, South Sudan & Central African Republic.
