President of the Federal Republic of Germany, His Excellency Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier visits the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre

The President of the Federal Republic of Germany, His Excellency Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier visited the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, as part of his visit to Ghana. The President noted that KAIPTC is a very important contribution to regional security and stability in West Africa. He further added that Germany has supported KAIPTC from the very beginning and will continue to do so. He met briefly with the experts that have been part of KAIPTC’s success story.

His historic visit was commemorated with a tree planting in KAIPTC’s Peace Garden.
