The Head of Peace Support Operations for the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Peace Support Training Centre, Colonel Tamrat Andarge Terefe, has led a three-member delegation to visit the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC).

The prime purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with KAIPTC’s governance and academic policies/practices. The team was given insights into KAIPTC’s focal areas of operations.

Colonel Terefe commended the Centre for its fine and modern architectural design, and its conducive working and learning environment. He was accompanied by Mr. Dawit Asefa Wassihun Head of Security and Lt Colonel Paul Armitage, UK Military Advisor, also from the Ethiopian Peace Support Training Centre. They were received at the KAIPTC by AVM Griffiths Evans, Commandant, KAIPTC as well as some members of the KAIPTC Executive Management Committee.
