KAIPTC is located adjacent to the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) at Teshie, overlooking the Gulf of Guinea and just outside Accra the capital city of Ghana. It is easily accessible either by road from within the sub-region or through the nearby Kotoka International Airport.

All travel and transport arrangements for students will be made by the KAIPTC administrative staff and associated costs are already included in the course fees. Accommodation and feeding for students are available on site but there is also excellent access to all the facilities of the Accra area. Social and cultural activities are arranged as an integral part of all courses, allowing participants the opportunity to exchange experiences in an informal setting.
