| The staff of KAIPTC includes nationals of Ghana, Germany, France, Nigeria, Liberia, Senegal, Niger, Switzerland and the U.S.A.
The Executive Department is responsible for the co-ordination and resourcing of the Centre's activities and for the provision of central services in support of the teaching departments. It is headed by the Executive Director, responsible to the Commandant for the overall co-ordination of the Centre's annual programme and direction of the teaching departments in terms of work priorities and course content.
The Resource Director is responsible for all resource management, project management, accounting and for liaison with the international donor community.
The Chief Co-ordination Officer manages liaison with other Ghanaian government departments as well as all visit programmes.
The ICT Manager oversees the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Section.This team maintain and operate the extensive suite of ICT and Multi-Media Equipment including Power-Management with which the Centre is furnished.
Finally, the Staff Officer for Training Development acts as the senior course director, maintains cohesion of doctrine and best practice with partner institutions, and develops the forward programme. |
