Mr. Kodjo Menka
Director of Administration
Mr. Kodjo Menka is a qualified Chartered Administrator and Secretary with a strong financial and general management background.
Mr. Menka has an MSc. in International Business from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, UK, graduated from the University of Ghana in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Business Administration Degree. He also has a certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and is a certified practitioner in Organisation and Systems Development of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio, USA/OD Centre, Ghana.
Mr. Menka has worked in finance and administration for more than 25 years in Ghana, Nigeria and the UK for both profit and no-profit making organizations. A few of these institutions include;
1. The Savanna Fruits Company Ltd (2008 – 2010) where he was General Manager and was responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the company.
2. West Africa Trade Hub, Accra, Ghana (2005 -2008) where he was the Operations & Logistics Manager and managed 12 support staff in Accra and other satellite offices.
3. IUCN World Conservation Union, a Dutch Government funded project from 2003 – 2005 where he was a Finance & Administration Consultant.
4. Between 1992 – 2000, Mr. Menka was a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS), Legon, Accra.
Mr. Kodjo Menka is currently the Director of Administration, KAIPTC and responsible for providing leadership and direction to administrative, operational and finance staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
